Stephanie S. Brown, PCC, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Founder | Executive & Leadership Coach | Facilitator | Mentor Coach

Stephanie brings more than 20 years of federal human resources experience, including leadership in career and leader development, to her work with executives, leaders, teams, and coaches. Her background in people management and leadership gives her a practical understanding of organizational expectations, workplace relationships, and the decisions leaders face every day.
She offers a welcoming, candid space to pause, think, and explore what is possible. With warmth, curiosity, and thoughtful challenge, Stephanie partners with clients to recognize patterns, build on their strengths, and expand their capacity to lead in ways that reflect who they are and what matters to them.
As a coach and mentor coach, Stephanie supports growth that reaches beyond the individual—to the teams they lead, the clients they coach, and the organizations and communities they serve. Her work includes executive and leadership coaching, team and group coaching, career development and strategy, mentor coaching, leadership development, facilitation, training, and people consulting.
Sessions are available virtually and in person by arrangement.
